Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you allow dogs on the showground?
Yes, as long as they are kept on a lead & you clean up after them. Please do not leave your dog in the car

2. Are there baby changing & feeding facilities on site?
Yes, located in the St John’s Ambulance area

3. How do I exhibit?
Entry forms are in the schedules which are available to download on the relevant pages of the website - follow the links on the right hand side of this page. Entries for all sections can only be taken in advance

4. Do you have on site camping / accommodation?
No, the site has no overnight facilities. There are basic camping & caravanning facilities within the village. Contact Sue Carrington 01529 461263

5. Can I purchase entrance tickets online?
Advance weekend tickets can be purchased from The Pet Shop in Heckington up until 5pm on Friday 23rd July.
Online purchases and postal applications can be made up until 5pm on Monday 19th July, (to allow for posting)
Day tickets should be purchased on the gate - cash only.

6. Can I show my classic car?
No, we do not have a section for classic cars. However, Boston Classic Car Club has a private display at the show.

7. Do you take credit cards?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to take credit cards at the show-gound or at The Pet Shop. Online Tickets are available up until 19th July.

8. Is there a cash machine on site?
There is no cash machine on site; however cash can be withdrawn at the local Post Office up until 12.00 on Saturday or from the cash machine at the Co-op on the High Street.

9. Who do I contact if I have a problem?
In the first instance it is easier to contact the individual Sub-Secretary – contact details can be found under their section heading.

10. Can I enter my dog in the dog show?
Entries cannot be accepted on the day. Please contact the Canine Secretary for further information.
