Why didn’t you cancel the show sooner? We are in unprecedented times, and it has been unclear how the Covid-19 situation will develop. We wanted to give the Show every opportunity to go ahead. It was only following the PM’s announcement that it was clear the Show could not take place. We have acted swiftly following this announcement to move the Show online where possible, and cancel parts of the Show where this was not possible.
How do I get a refund as a trade stand, exhibitor or entrant? We are contacting everyone who has made a payment to be part of this year's Show, and will be in touch in the next few days.
How long will it take to get a refund ? Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and should have refunded everyone within 2 weeks of receiving our email, but please bear with us as we have a large number to process.
How do I participate in ‘show online’ events’? Details will be posted on Facebook and our website as soon as they are available.
What ‘show online’ events will be taking place? We are looking at activities that can be submitted online, including art, photography and the decorate your house competition for Heckington village.
Who can take part in online activities? Anyone can take part in the online activities - the decorate your house will be for Heckington Village only to allow for safe judging.
Will the show take place next year? Yes - we are definitely planning for a Show in 2021, of course subject to Government advice
Will off-site events such as the 10-mile road race take place? No. No physical events associated with the Show will be taking place this year.
