We have a tendering system for the sale of hot & cold food, ice cream, bar and drinks.

Outside Trade Stands

Outside space for the sale of all types of goods

Prices

Prices 2025
  • £15.50 per foot frontage (min 10ft).  All stands are 30ft deep
  • Extra Deep Stands available at 20% above the standard rate
  • Prime Location stands available - see our application form for more information
  • Electricity supply available - must be pre-booked on the application form.

Information

  • Single stand to include 6ft table & walk in space to access behind stand
  • One table and two chairs are included for each single size stand. 
    ​You can bring additional tables if you wish and arrange your stand to your requirements as long as it does not impact on neighbouring stands.
  • Note that there is no overnight camping facilities on the showground or within the marquee.
    Security will be available in the marquee on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 8am

Horticulture Trade Stands

Inside space for the promotion of Horticultural Businesses

​Following feedback we are very pleased to be able to offer WiFi connection across the showground for traders and exhibitors.
There are prizes for the best Horticulture Trade Stand Displays and a trophy for the winner and with a total prize fund of £1000,
​Heckington Show offers a perfect opportunity for your to display your very best plants of the season. ​

Prices

  • 2025 -  All Horticulture Trade Stands are FREE of charge for specialist nurseries, suppliers and Societies to display their plants.   We request a £30 holding deposit with your application

Information & Downloads

  • Display areas are set out in 10ft or 15ft widths, which can be an open floor area, single table or with two or three tier staging. 
  • All tables and staging are supplied (and assembled) by the show, you just need to bring table coverings and backcloths, etc.
  • In addition to the display area, we provide a 6ft table for you to sell your goods, produce and plants.
