2025 Prices

£55 per metre frontage (min 3m). All stands are 9m deep. Maximum stand size 40m
Extra Deep Stands (12m deep) available at 20% above the standard rate

Electricity supply available - must be pre-booked on the application form.

ANTIQUES APPLICATION FORM >

Information

Single stand to include 6ft table & walk in space to access behind stand
One table and two chairs are included for each single size stand.
You can bring additional tables if you wish and arrange your stand to your requirements as long as it does not impact on neighbouring stands.
Note that there is no overnight camping facilities on the showground or within the marquee.
Security will be available in the marquee on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 8am

Horticulture Trade Stands

Inside space for the promotion of Horticultural Businesses

We offer WiFi connection across the showground for traders and exhibitors.

There are prizes for the best Horticulture Trade Stand Displays and a trophy for the winner and with a total prize fund of £1000,
Heckington Show offers a perfect opportunity for your to display your very best plants of the season.

Information & Downloads

Display areas are set out in 10ft or 15ft widths, which can be an open floor area, single table or with two or three tier staging.
All tables and staging are supplied (and assembled) by the show, you just need to bring table coverings and backcloths, etc.
In addition to the display area, we provide a 6ft table for you to sell your goods, produce and plants.
