CHILDREN - For ticketing Children are classified as School age children ie, currently attending school, from Reception to Year 12.
​Does not apply to children who have just left Year 13
Concessions - Sorry, we do not offer concessions (this includes OAP & Disabled) we prefer to keep our prices low for everyone

  2. I need to contact you about my E-Tickets
    Please use this Contact Form to contact our ticketing provider about your E-Tickets. They will usually be able to help much quicker than our own volunteer team.

  3. I have lost my E-Tickets - please can you help?
    Please use this link to Resend your E-Tickets - you must use the email address that you purchased the tickets with.

  4. What is the Show policy on access for Carers?
    The Society does not wish to discriminate against visitors with disabilities, so the full admission rate will be charged. 
    However, if a visitor has a full-time carer a free ticket is available for them at the same time as purchasing an advance ticket.
    Please email [email protected] for more information at least one week before the show.
    NOTE: Carers tickets are not available on the gate or less than 7 days prior to the show.

  5. ​Can I just come to the firework concert only?
    -     Yes, tickets are the same for all day Saturday and they include the fireworks

  6. How do I get a seat in the Grandstand?
    You can buy a day Grandstand ticket at the entrance to the Grandstand
    Members automatically receive a Grandstand seat (space permitting)

  7. Do you offer concessions for  OAPs, family groups, etc?
    - We do not offer concessions - we prefer to keep our prices low for everyone

  8. I have purchased a ticket by mistake - how do I get a refund?
